The latest version of the BMS-5 PLUS Dual chamber offset smoker XL with many improvements – now with large wheels for easier movement on grass, fields or uneven surfaces, as well as a more attractive design. The smoking / cooking chamber of the latest version of the BMS-5 is longer than in previous versions and has a wider diameter. A large cabinet-type smoking / cooking / warming chamber has been added to the back, above the firebox, an extended folding chimney, an insulated and improved firebox, a fuel bag, an improved air intake system for better air flow, a lid counterweight, a tight lid and door to prevent smoke leakage and maintain internal temperature, etc.

This is a heavy-duty traditional American “reverse flow” smoker – the most popular among bars, restaurants and street food vendors!

Fired with wood or charcoal – resulting in an authentic smoke flavor.

The BMS-5 PLUS Dual chamber offset smoker XL smoker expands your BBQ possibilities – the smoke enters the chamber indirectly, so the end result is always moist, soft and with a rich smoky aroma.

Note: A forklift is required for delivery to unload the large trailer from the truck. The trailer is mounted on a large pallet. Good access for trucks (HGV) and no traffic restrictions are required.

(The pallet is too heavy to be unloaded with a smaller van lift – total weight 720 kg).

• The cooking chamber is made of 5 mm thick rolled steel plate
