Cooking over a live fire

Cooking can be as simple or as complex as you want. The oldest evidence of cooking shows that meat and vegetables were cooked over or over a campfire – this method is still great even after a million years. The hot smells of embers, flames, smoke atmosphere, aroma and, of course, the unique taste.

Our outdoor kitchen “Live-Fire Kitchen” can be used outdoors or at mobile events.

This multifunctional outdoor kitchen includes:

MAIN GRILL AREA:

Santa Maria style – a grate with a height adjustment mechanism that allows you to easily cook quickly or slowly over a flame or coals.

Two independent Santa Maria grates, each covering half of the main cooking area. You can grill, roast or slow cook – it’s all in your control, as the height of the grill can be adjusted by turning the handle.

Grill set (included):

• Removable V-shaped grill
• Removable round bar grill (6 mm diameter)

All grills are made of stainless steel (grade 304).

V-shaped grill: Traditional Argentine-style corner grill with drip tray. This design allows for precise temperature control and directs fat and juices from the fire into the drip tray, preventing flame jumps and preserving the flavor of the meat.

Two half-length drip trays (made of stainless steel) are included.

The other side of the main cooking area has three wire shelves (one long and two half-length). The height-adjustable wire shelves (3 pcs) are for slow cooking, smoking, warming, storing pots or pans, etc.

HANGING MEAT AREA

In the upper part, under the roof, there is a place to hang meat or vegetables so that they can be grilled or smoked at low temperatures. The set includes 16 pcs. stainless steel hooks.

ASADO CROSS AREA:

Two crosses on the fire tray – designed to grill the whole animal or its parts over an open fire.

The sliding fire tray can be pulled out from the bottom of the trailer, and when not in use – pushed back and locked (to save space).

ROUND BARBECUE (Ofyr style)

Installed in the front of the trailer. Cooking surface – 8 mm stainless steel (grade 304) plate, 1 meter in diameter.

The barbecue is fired with wood or coal, perfect for grilling meat, fish, vegetables, bread, etc. You can place pans on it – stew, fry or roast food!

Under the round barbecue there is a firewood storage area (grid) – for convenient burning and a beautiful appearance.

ROOF / COVER

The roof protects against rain, snow, etc. A gap is left along the entire length of the roof for smoke to escape.

TOOLS:

Included: ash pusher and grate scraper (one each).

FUEL TYPE:

Only firewood and charcoal can be used. Firewood gives the best taste and retains heat longer than charcoal.

Additional information / accessories:

The grates, shelves and trays can be removed and replaced with other accessories, such as:

• Skewers (optional) – for shashliks, kebabs, vegetable skewers, etc.
• Plancha / hot plate (optional) – for frying burgers, breakfast, eggs, vegetables or seafood.

The possibilities are endless – you can use various hooks, shelves, chains, etc., all of which are perfect for cooking over a live fire.
