Are the goods in stock?
We have most items in stock and ready to ship.
Is it possible to order an item if it is currently sold out?
Yes, we take pre-orders, including non-standard products.
What is the quality/composition/materials of the product?
Our products are made of durable metal, ensuring durability. All products are sandblasted before painting, so they remain rust-resistant for longer.
Is it possible to see more photos/videos with the product?
How to choose the right size?
Think about how many people will usually eat together. Our products are usually divided into four sizes:
- 2–15 people – minimum size;
- 2–20 people – slightly larger;
- 2–25 people – even larger;
- 2–40 people – the largest.
We also have products for larger audiences, suitable even for commercial use for up to 500 people.
Is the color of the product in reality the same as in the photo?
Color may vary slightly due to your device’s screen settings.
What metal are ovens and barbecues made of?
Our products are made of durable, heat-resistant black or stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to deformation.
Are ovens and barbecues painted with heat-resistant paint?
Yes, all products are painted with special heat-resistant paints that can withstand temperatures of 600–1000°C.
Is it possible to make a product according to an individual order (size, shape, logo)?
Yes, we can customize the dimensions, laser cut the logo or inscription according to your request.
Are flag holders suitable for all types of buildings/facades?
We have several models – wall, pole or fence mounted. If necessary, we will advise you on which model is right for your case.
Are house numbers weather and corrosion resistant?
Yes, they are made of powder-coated metal, making them resistant to rain, sun, and cold.

How long does it take to deliver the product?
- Standard products: 2–5 business days;
- Custom orders: 5–10 business days, depending on complexity.
Can I pick up the products on site?
Yes, select “local pickup” when ordering – we will inform you when the product is ready.
Do you ship goods to other cities/abroad?
Yes, we deliver throughout Lithuania via couriers or parcel machines. International shipments are arranged individually.

What payment methods are available?
You can pay: by bank transfer, by card, via e-banking or cash on delivery.
Is it possible to pay in installments?
Yes, if you choose online payment, you can choose a leasing provider. After filling in the required data, you will receive a response on the same day. Upon receipt of a positive decision, the leasing company will settle the bill for you, and we will immediately ship the item according to the specified delivery terms.
Do you issue invoices to companies?
Yes, we issue invoices to both individuals and legal entities.

Can I return the product if the size or model does not fit?
The product can be returned within 14 calendar days if it has not been used and has retained its original commercial appearance and packaging. Return costs are paid by the buyer.
Is there a warranty?
We offer a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Mechanical damage or improper use is not covered by the warranty.
