Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 500 ml milk

  • 100 g melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 200 g Norwegian cheese TINE

Preparation:

Beat the eggs with sugar until well combined.

Mix in the melted butter.

Finely grate the Norwegian cheese and fold it into the batter.

Preheat the waffle cookie iron, grease lightly, and bake the waffles until golden brown.

Serve with lingonberry jam, honey, or your favorite toppings.
